This may be the first time you have considered therapy, or you may be returning to it. Either way, you can call for an informal chat about how we might work together. If I am not available to answer your call, please leave a message and I will call you back.
If you decide to book an initial session, we will explore what brings you to therapy or counselling at this time. At the end of the session, we can decide whether we would like to continue working together and book further sessions. You are not obliged to continue if you are not completely comfortable. And I will tell you if I think someone else would be better for you.

There is a cycle rack at the back of the building. It is covered by CCTV.
